Celluloid Dreams was founded by its President, Hengameh Panahi in 1993. The organization is a totally independent international sales, production and distribution company based in Paris and London. We specialize in finding, nurturing, promoting and distributing award-winning films created by first class talented directors from all over the world.

Our mission is to broaden the synergy between filmmakers and audience, to exploit our long experience in film markets and the ever-evolving possibilities at the cutting edge of technology.
